1. Grapefruit Kombucha Agua Fresca
Ingredients:
- 1 cup grapefruit juice
- 1 cup unflavored kombucha
- 1 tsp. maple syrup (or to taste)
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Optional: pure sparkling water
Instructions:
- In a pitcher, combine grapefruit juice, kombucha, and maple syrup. Stir well.
- Fill two glasses with ice and pour the mixture over the top.
- If kombucha isn’t naturally effervescent, top each glass with sparkling water.
- Rub rosemary sprigs between your hands to release the oils and place one in each glass.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.

2. Marrakesh Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 15 oz. peppermint green tea (brewed from 6-8 grams of tea, steeped for about 10 minutes)
- 5 oz. apple juice
- 2 ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
- 2 ½ oz. simple syrup
- 9 dashes pineapple and star anise bitters
- Soda water, as desired
Instructions:
- In an ice-filled pitcher, combine peppermint green tea, apple juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters.
- Stir well and top with soda water.
- Pour into four Collins glasses and serve.

3. Tropical Mocktail with Pineapple Sparkling Water
Ingredients:
- 1 can pineapple-flavored sparkling water
- 2 oranges
- ¼ cup raspberries
- 8 large strawberries, chopped
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle raspberries and strawberries until fine.
- Juice the oranges into the shaker and add pineapple-flavored sparkling water.
- Gently stir the ingredients (do not shake to avoid carbonation spills).
- Strain into two glasses over ice.
